“Form and Function in Ocular Disease”is a multidisciplinary clinical and basic science meeting, with an assembled guest faculty who are renowned experts in topics ranging from ocular imaging to gene therapy to AI in ophthalmology.  

4 travel awards are being offered to trainees to present their research at the meeting.  The awards are open to graduate students, residents and post-doctoral (clinical or non-clinical) research fellows based in Canadian academic institutions.
